Susan Abulhawa is a Palestinian novelist, poet, essayist, scientist, and activist. Her debut novel, Mornings in Jenin, was an international bestseller translated into 30 languages, and was followed by The Blue Between Sky and Water, also an international bestseller, and Against the Loveless World (2020). She is also the author of the poetry collection My Voice Sought the Wind and a political commentator.
