Wazir Jahan Karim is a Malaysian feminist anthropologist whose decades of fieldwork span the Ma' Betise' Orang Asli community on Carey Island and Malay women and children in Kedah and Penang. Her books include Ma' Betise' Concepts of Living Things, Emotions of Culture, and Women and Culture: Between Adat and Islam, and her memoir Feminism Undaunted: 50 Years a Muslim Feminist.
