Josh Stenberg is an Associate Professor in Chinese Studies at the University of Sydney and an award-winning translator of Chinese-language fiction and poetry. He is the author of Minority Stages: Sino-Indonesian Performance and Public Display (2019) and co-author of Self-Translation and the Modern Chinese Literary World (2025).
